[REQ] Ship Customization

System

I created a mission with some ships. During this process i recognized that i cant change the
registry number of the ship.


Here two requests:

- Make it possible for us to change registry numbers of created ships. Also the NCC and NX prefix.
- Make it possible to add visual effects of the Borg and Aegis set. Also different effects like plasma fire at
the warpdrive etc.
