I downloaded it and was so excited, but I didnt have enough for a gamecard yet, I got it cause it said 30 free days gametime came with it, now its tellin me I have to pay for first 30 b4 I can play. I live way out in the middle of no where and want to play the game now is it true that I cant play right away with just the retail version and the 30 free days gametime it comes with?

The 30 days free is available once you entered credit/debit card details to your account. Nothing will leave that account until the 30 days are up, and you can unsubcribed any time you wish.

Unfortunately yes, it's true, this the case I believe with most mmo's. Though when you do you will still get the 30 day's free on top of your paid time.

You have to add a credit or debit card to start you will not be charged on your credit or debit card until after your free 30 days and after you activate the account you can cancel it you will still have the 30 days free.

    1. Create account
    2. Enter game CD key
    3. Enter credit card info
    4. Receive free 30 days after card is accepted
    5. Remove card from billing info
    6. ???
    7. Profit

That's all there is to it. The requirement to enter a credit card to receive your free 30 days serves 2 purposes. It proves you are a real adult, and it provides an easy way to keep playing after your free time is up. The thought behind this is you would cancel if you didn't like the game, and leave it alone if you did like it.
