SystemSystem Member, NoReporting Posts: 178,019 Arc User
I am just throwing this out there! Lets have a Christmas Party on ESD Friday.! ESD "8" With a backup or over fill on ESD 1. 8 p.m.
Details:
It really can be a all day thing. As in people who beam aboard ESD on the 24th swtich into there holiday outfit/toons.
But lets make a time that we all gather at once! "8 p.m. Eastern USA time." on the 24th Friday ESD 8 with a backup over flow on ESD 1

We could dance! party! spread holiday cheer! All fleets, single players tell your members and friends!

Outfits example could be this
http://www.imagesfromlight.com/santa.jpg

Devlopers welcome and encouraged to attend
Would also be nice if they could raise the limit of people for ESD 8 but if you cant its cool.

This is a chance for STO to unite!
Meet up and party at beam in point!

keep bumping the thread

I WILL be naked. Just warning you now. And running circles around the base. My excuse shall be exposure to the drunk virus from the Naked Now. Be prepared.

I'd suggest thorwing parties at Drozana and DS9 too, to avoid clogging the servers. It sounds like fun.

Drozana seems like a better place, that way both factions could come.

Ah, nothing like logging on to my computer on Christmas Eve so I can go to a virtual Star Trek Party:D

That and the organized time of 8pm Eastern Pacific Time would mean I would have to be up pretty late, and here in Ireland on Christmas Eve....... you see were I'm going with this, some stereotypes are true lol *hic*:D

Who knows maybe no one shows and I am left standing in my Santa outfit holding my jingle bells and holiday cheer. But its all 4 fun and whom ever shows up will make it better. 1 or 100! My kids wanna C santas and elfs!

Just remember this is not a fleet or faction event! This is a STO wide event. It is a time to put down arms and pick up some egg nog! That why "I" as a player made it up:)

What about having the christmas party on Andoria? there's snow, plenty of open spaces, people can have snowball fights with their Breen thermo thingy.

Cryptic should really open up Ds9 to the Klingons for this and we could all have the party there, and lose our fortunes on Dabo.
