The Moon... does it have a different name in Star Trek or is it just called the Moon. I've looked online and can't find anyting about it.

    You could refer to it by it's Latin name, Luna.

    The Moon is the Moon. Just like the Sun is the Sun.

    But actually the Sun is called Sol. Which is why we're in the Sol System. And if the Sun is Sol, then the Moon must be Luna.

    Which is why we call the surface of the Moon the lunar surface.
