Schematics - Craft and Loot?

I have been doing some crafting recently on one of my low level klingons, and I have really been enjoying it. So well done for making crafting somewhat fun to do. I've even got myself some purple lt.cmd weapons which I've never had at any stage before in the game so I'm pleased with how the new update has turned out.

One thing is still bothering me, is that whilst the anomalies tend to increase in level depending on the area your are in because of the schematics, which are all made by low level items you are always dependant on those low level data samples (mineral samples. radiation samples and alien artefacts).

So whilst you may have to go farm some low level missions to find them, how about they add schematics to the loot drop as well as by crafting them.

They could add them to the star cluster, like the scan 5 consoles for feds, and the destroy 5 satellites/probes for klingons. This would give those missions some thing more to aim for and increase their importance, as that is the place I would expect to find schematics.

It wont make a massive difference but it will help and give people a reason to go into star cluster missions more than they usually do?

This could even lead to new rare systematics that can only be found from loot. these rare schematics could then create some uber items, therefore combining both crafting and exploration into a very profitable endeavour.

Good idea or bad idea, thoughts please?
