The options cryptic give you are not enuff. Heres why i canceled.
1) I pay for a game with no content and have to pay again for the best ships.
2) the game has zero content.
3)the new missions are very very bad. I will not wait weeks for that lame content.
4)This game never felt like star trek.
Your new servey is worthless. The weekly episodes are a waste of time. If someone is starving to death and you give them Top Ramen they will love it. Weekly episodes are equal to Top Ramen. Trash to just barely keep subscriptions alive.
