I hadn't thought about this lately until I saw this screenshot today:
Enterprise Mirror uniforms
Look at the forwardish facing female.
I've noticed that the ribcages on female toons are quite pronounced.
On a normal healthy person, this isn't noticable.
For someone with regular physical training (i:e: a Starfleet officer), this area of the body is covered in well developed muscles.
No matter how I altered the settings, I couldn't seem to fix this.
Maybe I'm just being strange, but it's what I think.

If you try to create a "healthy body image" for your female characters, you can't.
You have to take the underweight physique and that's the only thing you can do.
Ironically, there is a control for stomach size, but it just makes you fat, it doesn't add more muscle tissue.
Which eating disorder would you like your character to have?
Not eating enough or eating too much?
I don't like it either, though. I think its reprehensible how there are only two female forms, the buxom D cup (but not really curvy) and the emaciated heroin addict. This applies to literally ALL video games which feature a woman over the age of 10. I'm sick of it.
