Season 4 suggestions! Post them here

Let's post some suggestions for season 4 here, maybe we can help the Dev team out by letting them know what we would like. :)

- Personally, I think that with the upcoming Klink content that is going to be sweet, we really need a bit more Klink side. We did get a few episodes in season two, and we love them, but the problem is they were so good that we kinda want more. Story content for Klinks might want to be the top of your list for season 4. Though, this is just a suggestion from ONE person, so I'm not really speaking for everyone.

- Keep up with the weeklies! There has been a lot of positive feedback from the community on this. So keep them up, I would like to see different dynamics envolved though. If you can get the art team on the ball, I think it would be cool to have visual puzzles. Like typing on a computer screen to get through a difficult code, or patching a warp core breach. Dialog options are cool, but they can't replace visuals, and dialog options can only do so much, with visuals the sky is the limit... though I will understand why this can't be done right away... or at all for that matter. It takes time, and resources you have diverted elsewhere.

- BUNDLE PACKS! I love these, can we have everything in bundle packs now as an option for the C-Store? These were really great, I was able to buy everything from the ENT series, minus the NX logo, at a lesser price than it would be if I bought each one separate. Great idea, I love it, really!

- As I am not on Tribble, I can't comment fully on season 3. Though what I saw of sector space from a few sources, it looks great... though ships are still out of scale. That may or may not be an issue for season 3, but other than that, it really looks sweet.

Anyone else got other info to share? Other suggestions for season 4? Post them here!

    Something me and some other people have just suggested in another recent thread

    Personal bias aside, i would say that such feature would have goods and the popularity to be a main eventer in the Season 4 card (sorry, i just finished watching Smackdown). Would make Season 4 highly anticipated.

    Id like one of two things:

    1. Exploration Revamp
    2. Persistant PvP Endgame Sector Block

    I understand both are very work intensive to create, so I'll be happy is just one of them makes it into Season 4.

    Well since season for is combat related for the most part, with the ground combat revamp and all, I think I would like to see some more things that go along those lines. Like this, and all the stuff in here.


    But, also, I would love to see more minigames as well. More minigames to do on your ship, both social and functional, and everywhere else too. Like this one...

    ALl of those things are on the top of my list to be added to the game, and I would love to see them in Season four.

    Changed crafting system;

    1] Expanded and adaptive construction system. Recipes are generated from generic templates and the properties of the materials that are used to make them. That is, if I want a phaser array and I need x, y and z components to build it, by using a higher grade of x component, I get a phaser that is stronger in whatever attribute x corresponds to.

    2] EVERY item can be broken down into constituent materials [eventually breaking down the items at the bottom into energy credits].

    3] Every craft and deconstruction should have chances to fail, either producing nother or "garbage".

    4] There should be skills available to invest in that increase the viability of crafting. There should be enough skills to make everyone able to dabble in crafting, but a serious handicap in fighting power of those who choose to specialise.

    I would just be happy with improved ground combat and exploration, the first officer system and more boff functionality, and maybe a mini game or two. That would be outstanding. Especially with exploration if they implemented one of the ideas i've seen floating around the forum.

    Ideally, being able to visit more iconic worlds and have something to do there (quest hub or social area or game zone or w.h.y.) would be something i would really like to see soon.
