At one point, one of the devs mentioned that they were working on improved body textures. (I seem to remember this was the initial explanation for why there wasn't a female version of the Mirror Universe uniform.) Currently, only Caitians and Trill have something like a body texture, and even both of those have really obvious seams at the neckline. Are body textures for Saurians, Benzites, and all the alien skins still being worked on, or did this get dropped? If better textures are added, is there any chance of removing the "fade" collar that so many of the outfits currently have? (IE, the transparency layer that seems to be a workaround for "blending" the detailed face textures with the flat empty texture most everyone is stuck with?)
Also, is there any chance anyone is looking at the issue some people are having with the dynamic cloth pieces? (TOS Mirror belt, loincloths, and Formal long skirt cloth.) Right now, for at least some people, the cloth sticks out at a weird angle, and floats oddly to one side whenever the character moves. It looks to me like an attempt was made to keep it from clipping through characters by adding a collision volume or "repel" effect, but now it's pushing the cloth too far from the character instead. Also, all the dynamic cloth bits twitch or shudder at the character select screen and in the costume select screen at the tailor. (Or at least, they all do so on my system.)
