Should be the D-7/K'Tinga!

Cryptic, please tell me one day I can read this description on your C-Store page:

A retrofit of the iconic D-7 class as seen throughout Star Trek, this ship has the weapons and power needed to tackle anything from a training cruise in the Quo'nos system to battling in the the Delta Quadrant. The Advanced Heavy Cruiser Retrofit has eight weapons slots (4 fore, 4 aft), seats for five Bridge Officers (Lieutenant Commander Tactical, Commander Engineering, Lt. Engineering, Ensign Engineering, and Lt. Science) and space for nine console modifications (4 Engineering, 3 Tactical, 2 Science). It carries a crew of 750 and features a cloaking device. Note: This ship may only be purchased by Klingon captains that have attained Brigadier General or higher rank. Purchasing this ship from the C-Store unlocks this ship with the "K'Tinga" ship costume as well as the classic "D-7" ship costume for all Klingon Brigader Generals on an account.

Oh god yes. I want a K'T'inga retrofit too. I had some of my favorite kills in that ship.

    :)

I support this completely, and would suggest that it coincide with a T5 Excalibur with optional Connie Refit skin.

You better believe I'd buy both of them, and never fly anything ever again. With a T5 K'Tinga and T5 Excalibur or Connie Refit, I would never need to ask for anything more.

Give it the same hull as the Vorcha but take out the 4th aft weapon slot to compensate, KEEP its T3 turnrate, and BAM I'd pay for it.

I would also really like to see a tier 5 refit for the D7/K'ting. Though I'd mix it up a bit rather than just give it an excelsior BO layout. The model itself is about the same size as the Tier 5 raptor after all, so my idea turns it into more of a hybrid than any other ship marked as such so far, at least IMO.

Keeping its cruiser root it would retain the battlecruiser power settings, shields levels and its original turn rate, but to reflect an escort hybrid, give it an escort weapon loadout (4 fore, 3 aft) escort impulse modifier and the lowest hull of any tier 5 cruiser yet in the game, around 30,000 to 32,000, the exact number could of course be worked out in testing.

BO layout, LtC tac, En tac, Com Engi, Lt engi, Lt sci. Or as a little more tactical oriented, LtC tac, Lt tac, Com Engi, En engi, Lt sci. I could see it swing either way.

Consoles, 3 tac, 3 engi, 2 sci. (this would be it if the ship gained a special, otherwise 4 engi with no special.)

I toyed with the idea of throwing a battlecloak at it rather than the regular cloak, but figured that would only likely happen in the hull value remained at its tier 3 level (24000 if I'm not mistaken) and make it act as a special, so lose an engi console (to 3) Probably cause more hassle than it was worth so more likely leave it with the regular cloak.

Personally I'd like it just fine without a special, but were it to gain one there are plenty of cool idea's down in the battlecruiser forums.

why does everyone want these ships in the cstore? not everyone here has a credit card, unlike you lifers:mad: . any upgraded D7/K'tinga must be made available in the same manner as the Vor'cha refit, credits or a token. and said ship would definitely be worth spending a token on

I'd rather not see it in the C-Store, but I do support a D7/Ktinga refit. The KDF needs more ship choices, and honestly, it's my favorite design just after the B'rel. While we're at it, we need a K'Vort class ship introduced. ;)

You won't catch me disagreeing with you Krenn, I'm an advocate of all C-store items (well at least ships) being available via ingame means. The Galaxy-X being the only exception since thats a referal reward.
