Subbing to STO this week...I've already downloaded the game to play the trial, just need a real key. anyone know where to get the cheapest/best extras online copy? been reading about season 3 looks great...think i picked a good time to jump on board
Steam has it for $20 normal copy. I'm not entirely sure if buddy keys would allow you to simply convert but they might.
However, I'd wait until the Thanksgiving Sales on Steam - you might find it for dirt cheap (I've seen some games go for 75% off - or $5 for game originally $20).
This means the month time that comes with the game would be active well into Season 3.
You picked a great time to join actually. We Klingons just found out we are getting yet another set of shoulder pads. Woot! That's about 18 different shoulder pads. We almost have as many shoulder pads as the Feds have uniforms. If you think season 3 sounds good, wait till season 4 comes where we can put our shoulder pads to some good use with minigames like 80's rockband.

So come on down to STO and get yourself a sweet set of shoulder pads while supplies last.
Klingon 80's ratted rock hair not included.
I'm sorry about this everyone; he hasn't been fed.
Yeah you'll be sorry all right... when I bust out that Pat Benatar in my sweet shoulder pads. Just remember, love is a battlefield. Qa'pla!
