Every time I bring up the launcher, it patches (78 megs).

Does this happen to anyone else? And what is it patching?

Yeah this happens to me, its only a fairly new thing. For me this only started about a month ago, its pretty annoying.

Same here. I remember some time ago this happened before and it was a corrupted hogg file. If I am remembering correctly. Think the fix was to delete all hogg files and let the patcher reload them.

Would be good if someone could confirm my faulty memory.

I get it, too, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything, so I let it run. Only takes a second.

Still, I am curious about it.

Fixed it last night, It was a corrupt hogg file. I deleted all hogg files and let it patch. No more constant patching.
It was a very large patch as I did all hogg files, About 8.8 gig or so. For those with caps I suggest deleting one hogg at a time till you find the right one.

    Hope this helps.
