Do you have a question for Rod Roddenberry?

SystemSystem Member, NoReporting Posts: 178,019 Arc User
Hey Folks,

I am interviewing Rod Roddenberry over on Star Trek Radio tomorrow and I just wanted to quickly see if folks here at Star Trek Online have any questions that you would like to ask him relating to Star Trek OR Star Trek Online or his other ventures?

If you do, please post it here or mail it to zach@startrekradio.com

The interview is taking place tomorrow, LIVE, on Star Trek Radio at 1pm PST so if you do submit a question tune in to hear it asked!

Zach

I almost thought you wrote Gene and was wondering what shenanigans are going on across the pond.

"Will Star Trek ever be renewed as a series or are the new films a priority?"

    "What's your favorite episode?"

If you have the ear of the movie producer....
I think M'Ress on the bridge would create some entertaining situations / distractions
    in the next movie. :p

    1. What are your thoughts on a Star Trek: New Frontier TV adaptaion of the book series?

I can see it being a Battlestar Galacticafied version of Star Trek, like what they did to Stargate Universe. A misfit crew, gritty renegade captain, lens flares behind the actors, etc.

    2. Do you play Star Trek Online?

    3. What is the Star Trek cruise like?

    1. Have you ever considered helping teenage trek writers get their work published?

    2. What are your plans with STO?

    Hope that these'll get answered.

to build upon one of the questions from above.

    1. Are we ever gonna see anything from the Prime Universe again?

    2. How much would you consider STO to be Canon if we aren't gonna see anything in the Prime Universe again?

    3. If you had a favorite ship design in all of Trekness, which would you pick?

Only things I could think of lol

    1) Have you ever though of writing in your fathers footsteps and if so, what style would you differ in?
What parts of his world/universe concepts would you definately use or completely steer away from?

Sadly I do not know who Rod roddenberry is, but assume it to be the son or grandson possibly.
