The on Admiral uniforms I know of that are in game is the one that Admiral Quinn wears and the one from the TOS movies. Other than that, I don't think there are any plans to add more admiral uniforms.
There is a Vice Admiral jacket that I usually wear. I'm in TOS garb for the remainder of the current series, but I'll be putting my admiral uniform back on when I'm done.
Wrath of Khan Flag Officer Uniform
(differs from the current STO TWOK Uniform by adding gold trim and ribbons board, along with appropriate rank insignia pin)
TNG Flag Officer Uniforms 1 2 3 4 (Used for TNG, DS9 and VOY)
The one worn by Adm. Daugherty and Adm. Ross is probably my favorite of all the admiral uniforms.
I really, really, really want that uniform. I also hope when the AGT uniforms come out they come out with the admiral's version seen on Janeway in Endgame.
I don't know if it's just me but the one thing I want to do with my Admiral Uniform is put my Fleet logo patch on it, I think most other Uniforms allow it so why not the Admiral ones too?
I don't beleive we have any more Admiral Rank Uniforms in the works right now. I will however, make certain to pass along your interest in them!
For now, remember that you get the VA Jacket, and also the jacket from the Diplomatic Corps in order to be able to give yourselves that nice, "I';m important" look.
The veteran jacket also has a very 'Dressy" feel to it.
I would pay for an "admirals pack" on the C-Store with a lot of those options listed above, and the All Good Things admiral uniform as well.
No! The Admiral's Uniform needs to stay only available to Admirals; there needs to be some things that only get rewarded to people that achieve the necessary requirements. The Admiral's Uniform is an achievement for reaching Vice Admiral; leave it that way. Not everything should be made available to everyone, that only devalues it.

Thats fine, some C-Store items are tied to level as well. You can't buy the nebula or excelsior unless you're on an RA char.
So add em to the C-Store, for admirals.
Or just make it a dress uniform patch and include the dress uniforms for non-admirals and then the admiral-trim versions would be level-locked in the tailor.

Ummm, I'm pretty sure that no one was advocating for Admiral uniforms to be open to any rank.
All that is being asked for is more Admiral uniforms, so that when a player hits Admiral, he or she has more than 1 option.

please do we want more TNG / DS9 Admiral type uniforms along with
TNG Yesterdays Enterprise Military uniforms (slight modification of the TNG uniforms) and phaser white belt with rounded neck lines and the black on the wrist of the sleeves ( We also want all COM badges to be used on all uniforms) for true full customization

How about we delete all Admiral uniforms and pretend everyone can only reach Captain level? :P

My suggestion:
These have been long-requested features.
They also need a justification in terms of the development labor budget.
So here's my suggestion:
Do something in the vein of "Space Seed"/"The Neutral Zone"/"Relics" to work in people from a past era for a weekly series via a means other than time travel; you know how there's been talk about a splinter Federation faction like the Maquis that was popular in the polls, right?
Maybe have something like a group of people, from various lost ships turn up on a planet, with a Starfleet Admiral and a Klingon General running the show. It could be kindof a Bermuda Triangle planet. There's some potential tie ins if Barclay's Pathfinder Project (the one he used to search for Voyager) is how we discover the planet Federation side.
This could be an excuse to hammer out a few "lost" uniforms like the TOS Klingon Female skirt ensemble, TNG-era Admiral's outfit, Cage-era uniforms, that sort of thing.
And you could tie it in somehow with the unsolved disappearance of the USS Hera, commanded by Geordi's mother, Silva La Forge.
There are a few important questions to ask along the way, such as whether these people are genuinely who they appear to be, how their families react (for example, maybe James Kurland has a wife or brother there; could be interesting to have a mission contact who is irrational and emotionally invested), and ultimately whether they can be saved.
They also need a justification in terms of the development labor budget.

Another method might be Holodeck programs.
We know from a previous Section 31 mission, that the TNG Holodeck exists as a map, and can be used in a transference when the program ends.
We also saw on Voyager, that some programs exist where you can interact with holograms to run the program. Remember the Doctor Zimmerman diagnostic tools that B'Elanna Torres used to work on the Doctor's failing holo-matrix?
So, maybe some missions could be made where you call up a historical program in order to solve an Engineering problem, and the computer happens to bring up Montgomery Scott? And maybe the setting is the Engine Room of the USS Enterprise (No bloody A, B, C or D) and he is wearing his Engineering jacket from Relics.
Suddenly, you not only have a new mission, with some Engineering content, but you have the TOS Engineering Section which could later be used in a TOS interior, and you have Scotty's Engineering uniform from ST:V and Relics. Some good assets developed.
Or maybe you want to practice fighting Jem'Hadar to get better techniques. So you call up a holodeck program, and it gives you Admiral Ross from the Dominion War, in the Nemesis Admiral's uniform and he guides you through your exercise.
Holodeck missions could serve as a way to get assets developed which people are asking for, as well as new content for the players in terms of missions and as with the Admiral Ross program above, a way to enhance the tutorial over time.
I wouldn't mind to see more admiral's uniform options. I'd rather see more dress uniform options, though, beyond the jacket you get for reaching Ambassador in the FDC.
And if they end up as C-Store items, then so be it. At least they're just cosmetic items.
Comments
If it included an Admiral Set from all the previous series I would certainty buy it.
Missing from the game are:
Enterprise Flag Officer Uniform
(TOS had no specific Admiral uniform)
The Motion Picture Flag Officer Uniform
Wrath of Khan Flag Officer Uniform
(differs from the current STO TWOK Uniform by adding gold trim and ribbons board, along with appropriate rank insignia pin)
TNG Flag Officer Uniforms
1
2
3
4 (Used for TNG, DS9 and VOY)
DS9 / TNG Movie Flag Officer Uniforms (Used for Late DS9 and VOY)
I really, really, really want that uniform. I also hope when the AGT uniforms come out they come out with the admiral's version seen on Janeway in Endgame.
Engame
Becuase the game is set in 2409; aprox 30 years after Nemisis. The uniforms have changed durring this time.

If overwhelming presence has anything to say in this matter that is.

They would still be locked for Captain and Below.
still coloring-probs with the diplomatjacket?
