I keep getting this when I try to load up the game, no matter when I do it. I've checked my details. I recently re-subscribed to it, but now I can't even get on the silly thing.
When it says please click here, that provides no help all it does it tell me something about a demo, and then take me to a page about entering my game codE (Which I've already done months ago)
What do, please?
I bought Star Trek Online a while ago, and I recently re-subscribed and downloaded it but it keeps saying "Server down" and also "Account error, please click here for help" but that option dosen't help since I've already used my verification code. I uninstalled and re-installed the game, and tried playing as my brothers demo account, which works and lets me patch it, so it's not my PC, it's my account.

Bump-Please help! I've paid 10 pound for this account which has all sorts of pre-order bonus' on it, but won't blumming work, but all other accounts on my PC work.
I'm getting the same issue. Although with mine, about 10 minutes after I re-subscribed I cancelled the recurring subscription since I don't wanna be billed at the end of the month again. Hope they didn't just steal my 15 dollars.

it takes time for payment to vailidate. they do the validation in batches so if you cancel your subscription before the payment has been fully credited. then there no payment there and the subscription is not started.

When you resub did you select a subscription option and the payment or just entered a payment. (and has that payment been validated with cryptic)
