i get the error message couldn't transfer character. i cannot zone in any way shape or form i have tried pvp, duel, system sector to sector, mission, bridge relogging, transwarp, pushing, enemy contact i can only stay in eta eridani sector block and look at the exterior of my ship which is pretty boring. i am a subscriber.
Now, big question is... Did you make a "ticket" or did you "request GM help"? If it was the former, then the ticket will have been closed as a known problem, connected to the failure of the dynamic patch server. If it was the latter, then yes, naughty GM.
Tickets are just for bug reporting, and pretty much automatically go into a database to be checked by the programmers. GM help is for when you need some ACTUAL GM help, say for zoning you back to ESD due to being stuck in a map, or when items go missing etc.

Maybe you actually need to be logged in and online live while the GM helps you zone somewhere?

usually they can do it when your logged out, but sometimes yes you would need to be logged in to make sure it works, though "cannot change zones" style being stuck should be able to be fixed when your not logged in.

I'd ask:
Short of that, however:

Could be a GM said "Lol, maybe if his name name was Pike, SW Geek."
