When trying to use different parts on my Hegh'ta Bird of Prey, some of the parts don't connect properly and its not just a tiny gap but a massive one.

Um. Do you mean the "hollow triangles" on the wings? I'm pretty sure that's working as intended - given that they need to be free in order to enable the wings to move up and down.

the two triangle pylons are connected on the wing , but are not connected to the hull or neck of the ship below the bridge and stick out oddly with a large gap. They should at least touch the hull otherwise what is the point of the triangle pylons on the wings. Either make them connect or give the option to remove them completely.

the wing hinges are present behind the 2 spoilers, those are spoilers btw, for atmo flight, they have nothing to do with space outside of looking cool.

as said, they are for atmo flight mode, airflow control surfaces, birds of prey are made to fly in atmosphere and attack planets up close and personal and not just bombard from orbit!
