I was testing different res's on my ATI 9800PRO, after choosing 1900x1200 it shows a block on the screen that says "INPUT SIGNAL OUT OF RANGE" and a 20-sec. timer that turns the monitor to stdby.
After a shutdown and restart it's still there, how can I access the program and reset the res to a default value?

Also each time I try to exit after trying to login it says "Program not Responding"

Start the game using safe mode its on the patcher screen under options.
This should let you get into game again then change the resolution to a lower setting your monitor supports.
