Thisd STF is still broken and bugged. Please address this, especially if you are not planning on any future STFs. The last room is still bugged. Half the time the protect the engineers portion is bugged. Sulu runs around like a tard if you do not spam "speak with Sulu" at the end. Come on, is this really "working as intended?"

Lol most STF's are still bugged..... ;)

I haven't done any STF's in many months just because the bug to rage ratio was high :p

All of the others have pretty much been stable, Cryptic just seems to want to ignore this one in particular. And they are not making anymore STFs, so this is it for end game content - so if this is it, shouldn't it work?

I hope Gozer can get them to allow the Hive to be implemented. It's TRIBBLE that they just cut it off like that. I bet the C-store is the priority cuz it sells pakleds, lmao

If it is being worked on, then I am pleased. I was not able to see that post earlier - main two issues still appear to be the engineer portion in the beginning and the fact that the boss section at the end does not work unless you just burn him down (which is not what was intended).

I'd rather not rush him, I can't imagine the amount of work that'll go into bug quashing. If he has any info I'm sure he'll share it in that feedback thread that was linked here.

Last I read he was working on opening some Federation patrols for the Klingon side.

Making a wild guess I'd have to say Season 4 with the rest of the STF updates.

At the moment, I am creating a couple of new Klingon PVE mission types and gettting those set up in the new sector I just opened for the KDF. I'll be working on the Klingon stuff for the next few weeks (Season Three), after we see how that goes I'll take a look at the STF's.

The STF's are on my list, but I want to get this Klingon content out there first :)

While you're at it, can you also take a look at the Borg patrols in Infected/Cure/KA that run really fast when aggroed? And the fact that certain Borg (like Elites and Heavy Tacticals) become invincible for a variable duration, with no visible buff icon?

I noticed these possible bugs happened during your absence, so I'm not sure if these were intentional.

I can confirm that sprinting (or rather "speed waddling") Borg are a nuisance. Granted, it makes sense for the Borg to finally learn that mobility aids in combat strength but still...

When the drones (tac and elite) glow red, they're incincible to energy damage. You can kick them to death still. lol.

So just to ensure clarity, these new mission types and the new sector for Klingon is going to be in Season 3? At S3 launch or between S3 and S4? Or did I completely miss interperate what you said?

Anyone eles notice this. Not just new missions, but new mission TYPES. Maybe I am reading into this, and maybe there is more than just the same old 'shoot it' content.

NB> Ratehr than just saying DEV POST in the forum there should be a special 'GOZER POST' flag so we can all hone in on the good news form our favourite content guy.

lol.. no you read it correctly... when I get all the details worked out I'll give you guys the breakdown.

In a nutshell though I've boiled down the really fun things that I discovered while making the STF's and I'm incorporating those ideas into repeatable PVE content for the KDF. Each individual mission type will for example have a "optional" peice that is tied to a seperate daily mission that will give you extra rewards for doing them at the same time your doing the regular mission objectives.

    For example..
You get a repeatable (every 45 min or so) mission that says go do ABC, but you get a second daily repeatable ( every 24 hours) that says while your doing ABC try and do XYZ too.

The objectives for XYZ are of course on the challenging side, so the more help you bring with you the easier they are going to be to complete.

I'll get into more detail later once it's a little more solid... :)

NIce to see you back Gozer and working on the Klingon side, this plus the weeklies and UCG and the future for new klingon players looks very good.

And the ships, can't forget those excellent looking ships.

Is it anything like adding these types of challenges onto maps:
    # Timer (would need to scale to difficulties)
    # Heal, Other
    # Environmental Hazard
    # Avoid Aggro
    # Creatures
    # Dark (No light missions)
    # Ambush
    # Booby Traps
    # Escort
    # Melee
    # Bridge Officer Rescue

I concur, fixing these Task Forces is important, as is bringing us new (and bug free) Task Force missions.
