If I turn on the AA in game, even on 2x, my fps drops from 50-75 fps down to an unplayable 10-25 fps. However, if I override the game AA with the nvidia control panel, I can put it on 16xQ and see maybe 40-60 fps.

I will post a dxdiag if needed, but I can give some rough specs right now.

AMD Phenom II x4 Black Edition 3.4ghz @ 3.6 ghz (OC)
6 GB DDR3 (dont recall specs atm)
Nvidia GT 240 / 1024 MB DDR5 / 643mhz core, 1570mhz shader, 1869mhz memory.

It does this with, or without overclocks, so it cant be blamed on that. I would think it must be something with the game's engine. Also, this never happened prior to the last patch.

    Good call.
I just double checked to be sure, and no I dont think it is. I believe I was looking at it from different angles before, but this time I tested by getting the camera at an angle where I got a real nasty jagged edge on the nacelle. I then tried it on both the driver, and in game. When tested this way, the driver AA made no noticeable difference.

Still, whats odd is I could use AA before this patch. Oh well.

Have you tried a few different driver versions for your GPU? could be a driver bug.
