Wacky Billing Issues, need help.

So I resubbed to try season two, then immediately cancelled my account as I do w/ any mmo with a monthly fee to make sure that I don't autorenew. I find out that apparently you can't do that in STO (lame).

So I attempted to resub since I don't have a choice and now my account is in some magical limbo world where I can only log into the test server as of 2:15P.M. Eastern Time. I planned to file a support ticket to hopefully get a refund for my presumed incoming double charge now but for some reason I cannot create a ticket. Each time I try to click on "create a ticket" no option actually works.

I essentially:

(1) Want a refund for 30 days since I had to pay twice (If I can't cancel and keep playing, that's pretty shady and it's what appears to be the case. I'll cancel the day before to try season two but if you expect me to keep playing STO periodically I'd like a refund for one of the 30 day charges since I'm likely to get two charges).

(2) Want to be able to log on, hence the reason I resubbed. If the servers are still down then I apologize, but according to the icon above they are not down. EDIT: If the main server is called the Holodeck, please ignore this one. I'm quite possibly a moron for not reading on the forums that the test server was called Tribble. For some reason I thought it was the Holodeck.

    you have to do a search first before the option to create a new ticket apears and you must send it to billing .
