Best bet is to submit a ticket in game, I do not belive Cryptic has a Billing phone number or e-mail address (I looked and could not find one for you).

Having never used a gamecard before I will ask if this is the first time you have used a gamecard to 'top off' your account? The reason I ask is my being unsure if the cards normally compound the time or if the old card has to 'expire' before the new card registers on the account.

this is not the first time but if it doesnt show until this one tapers off then im going to feel like an idiot.

Well doesn't hurt to put in a billing ticket anyways, means that if there is an issue it can be resolved and if there isn't you'll have the knowledge to expect next time. Regardless it makes sure you didn't waste a gamecard.

Same thing just happened to me this week. My time was to expire the 26th, so I added a new time card on the 25th. It still says my time ends the 26th, but two days past the expiration date and my account still says active.

I submitted a ticket Monday and they basically said the card was added and my account is active. So fingers crossed.
