UI nitpick suggestions-exchange and kits

The interface for the Exchange is somewhat clunky and annoying.

1. It would be good to be able to post an item THEN when you price it, it then goes on the exchange/market, instead of having to price it IN ORDER to put it on the exchange.

2. it also would be good to be able to have an option to see what the specific item you are selling (whatever it is) compares to the exact same item, being sold cost-wise. I know you can do this by going to the buy option, typing in the name and then seeing it, but it would be a step less if you could right click it and it have an option called "search" or "compare" on the like to see it.

Secondly, the Crafting system

Would you like to see some kind of skill percentage/experience level for crafting rather than just choosing your item and automatically getting the skill points and the upgrade? That is, when you upgrade an item, there is a change you could fail to upgrade it, if you do succeed then there's a chance you can get points, but it's not guaranteed. As it stands, upgrading items, is automatic- that is you automatically succeed and get the points if you have the mats. I would think since is it so easy to max a crafter, the items sold by that person on the exchange would be in less demand. It's a lot easier and less time consuming to skill up your own crafter. Whereas if it took more time and patience, a lot of people would rather buy those things than level up their own crafter.

Kits

Woulld anyone like to see rather than kits for the captain, books or documents he could learn from to get the skill. That is, he right clicks the book, chooses "learn" or the like and it disappears and he can now use the skill anytime, rather than having to have the kit on constantly (not to mention having to carry other kits around on his person when he wants to use them, thus taking up inventory space) Or it could work differently. The captain must learn his kit powers, by practicing/doing certain things, he gradually earns it by performing acts eventually, rather than right clicking and choosing learn, when you click learn, it will give you the criteria for learning the skill, kinda like skill you get for advancing in rank.
