    I don't know how you cheat on Gal Civ w/o making an uber-tech. Thats what I did. Created something called X-tech and made it buff everything and let me create a factory 5 times better then the games best factory.

    Gal Civ is one of the easiest games to cheat there is. You enable cheats in one of the game's files, then with a combination of ctrl+alt plus some key and bingo.. money, kill enemy under cursor, transport selected ship/fleet to cursor position, finish current research, etc...

    Stardock also makes Sins of a Solar Empire which is pretty fun RTS, I have spent hours in a single custome game.
