Gameplay on your bridge and voice overs for Bridge Officers.(An idea thread)

I know I've seen threads in the past that has suggested this sort of content and I've seen some great ideas and I love the idea of being able to travel through sector space while your on your bridge. I've been pondering on how I could see this working for quite some time but I can't seem to find the appropriate thread to post my ideas on lately. If someone could guide me in the right direction then great, if not then here's my thread of trying to get the community together to discuss how these ideas could work. First I'd like to talk about voice overs with Bridge officers.

Voice Overs

Customizing your BO's voice- I think this could be done with a simple drop down menu on the same menu that you customize your BO's appearance. I don't think it would be that difficult to get voice actors to do different pitches or tones for voices. I think the name of the different options would be simular to those of stance, such as "thoughtful ", "brawler (an aggresive tone, simular to worfs)", etc.

Keep it simple at first- I think that the voice over dialogue should be kept simple when first patched and slowly worked in to more complex dialogue. Simple things like "Captain, we are receiving a nearby distress call" or "Captain we are under being hailed" or maybe on those exploration missions where you scan artifacts they can use general phrases, when you can your BO might say "Sir, I beleive what we are looking for is in this direction." I say this because I understand how having the entire game with voiceovers could take a long time but I think simple phrases like that will add quite a bit of a cinematic effect as is. I think voiceovers from your bridge officers just simply comingt to contact with a DSE could make an overall impact on the game. I'd like to hear other peoples ideas of when this simple dialogue could be implemented.

Travelling through sector space on bridge.

Optional-
I think the first obvious thing if this were to be put in game is that it should be optional, as I can see how many people (including myself) enjoy the zone chat of being in sector space. Unless, of course, you guys can somehow puit zone chat on the bridge.

Combat on bridge

First, I'd like to say that I love the idea of being able to do combat on the bridge but I've seen some people point out how complex it could be, especially during pvp. So here's my idea of how I think combat from the bridge could work with multiple players on board. I see this being done that your ship itself, works as a sort of npc, now before the flaming starts just hear me out...

I've heard somebody from a previous thread a while back (I'd love to give you your credit if you're reading this but I can't find the right thread, so I apologize) say that this could be done with minigames. I think this is a fantastic idea and to put more into I think the class of the player could add bonuses to certain aspects of the ship if they play the minigame from their appropriate station.

For example, an player playing an engineer would get a bonus to the shields and hull repair as opposed to a tactical officer attempting the same. A tac officer in the tac station would buff your dps or increase your chance to hit. All while this is going on you would see sparks and panels exploding off the wall, as well as rumbling while in combat (I'd personally love to see that.) I think these buffs could stack as multiple engineers, tac officers, sci officer, etc. work the appropriate stations.

I think even the captain of that particular ship should get his own minigame while at the captians chair. Maybe his would be the most difficult and would consist of trying to help buff all stations, I see it as an minigame that would require the captain's player to have some multitasking abilities. I hope that makes sense, not sure if I explained all of that the way I see it.

Anyways, I'd love to hear some feedback or more ideas, even if it's a reference to another thread simular to this.
