SOL System

Maybe it's old age creeping up on my, but I remember a while back it was mentioned they were working on adding more content to the SOL system. Specifically, you were going to be able to visit the planets and so forth other than just spacedock.

Anyone have any update on this or am I just losing my mind?

Well the Klingons are getting access to Mars in one of their missions, an assault on Utopia Planitia. I believe more work on Sol itself is on the backburner in order to give other projects more love.

Bingo. The Devs have said it's something they're working on, but they want these locations to have a purpose before putting them in.

Mars (didn't play that by now) is in the Klingon Episode Missions.

They said they have the System ready but nothing to do there
just like the Ship interriors right now, or like on Risa...

and dont want to release it until they have stuff for us to do in it.

Now i have to wonder why they release ship interriors without stuff to do but not the SOL System?

Well they do have 'stuff' for interiors, and I think they had it planned to be working for season 2.0 launch. I think thats not quite going to make it unless its in the weekend build on tribble.

As far as I know the maps are done. The developers are just waiting for content to pad the maps.

Why have a Jupiter if there's nothing do there?
