Why Can't Star Fleet ships go to deep space and find new Planets and resorces to sell to Star Fleet?
Plot new coures and discover and set up Planets for colonization and supply routes.
Upgrade deck Officers so thay can use more abilties on your ships.
Allow Adrimals to train and permote Bridge Officers to Captian and use them on one of your extra ships in a Fleet of 3 or more.
Good God man, the code for that would be horrific, at least the last bit. The rest should be doable but they would still need write a trememdous amount of code to enable it and completely rewrite the crafting system to make if viable. Perhaps if they introduce a neutral faction later, it would make more sense.
Thank you for the response.not beging a programer my self this might be hard but not imposable.

If you dont keep asking for it then you wont get it, but make sure you know it is something cryptic is willing to do and can do with this game.
But how do we know unless we ask?
Well, Starfleet's C-Store division seems to hold out lots of stuff to SELL TO THEIR COMMANDERS, doesn't it?
