Chrono deflector
I am not klingon player but
since they inveted it, they get it from mission\evil c-store
since voyager getting ablative armor.

http://memory-alpha.org/wiki/Chrono_deflector
Since Evil janeway stole it, it's gonna be not so perfect as original was.

Ok how it's gonna work in game:

a) Drop you back in time-healing your ship but setting like 5-10 sec CD's on your weapons
b) Bring you time-forward reseting all your Cooldowns but damaging your hull for 10%
c) Phase you out of time making you Invincible for some ammount of time but freezing your weapons but for example transphasic torpedos
All will have 5 mins CD

All this can be based on your captain ( Eng\Tac\Sci ) or choosed at end of mission \ or c-store, Or its gonna be mounted on future ship refits also Cruiser\Escort\Sci !

I hope that gonna make Klingons happy a bit :)

WHAT! Something for KDF! Would be nice. But once the KDF get it, then whaaaaa hits the fan. And here we go with OP, and why only the KDF since Janeway stole it.

Yeah - I thought one of the complaints was that the Klingons were TOO powerful in PvP play.

Yeah but wouldn't it just move your ship through time, not heal damage or reset cycling times? I won't knock a nifty idea, but at the same time I don't see how it would work like that either :1

I would use mine to bring Martok back, then we can all go on a rampage in fluidic space. As allies.

You do realise that in the voyager episode, it can only be used once, then it burnt out making Janeways journey one way.

So its a once use only deflector. That doesnt sound good :)

The point is, when you use deflector your ship entering wormhole and you spend some time there repairing\resetings cd's\ or just phase out in half way in wormhole(like black hole but different) so actualy time passing for crew but you entering same time which you left..something like this.

That's why it gonna have 5 min cd =)
It's like crew have damnloads of those deflectors and 1 fried, 5 mins(game time) to install new one. Next !:D

The Chrono Deflector would never work in the game as it did in the show.

Ok so perhaps the transport isn't instantaneous, fair enough. Then I also submit that if its a one way trip with a burn out...then make it require a hideously expensive battery in addition to the cooldown.

Lets say it will drain your axillary power to 0

*ponder* and disable aux for x amount of time then. You basically dont want someone to just pop batteries and go about their way

Also I would say you need an activation threshold. But I think the way it works right now popping a battery would be enough to trigger that, maybe making sure it requires like 120% to aux.

True, that is why after all these years and trial, the KDF have modified it to create a time vortex around your ship casuing your shields to unstoappably phase in and out of synq for 5 secs. ALL HAIL THE HULL TANKERS!
