Port opening issues (7000-7500)

Hello,

I don't post much but I need a little help with the ports the game uses, specifically the 7000-7500 range. Even though I've opened them up on my router and firewall, I am still having issues which are demonstrated below.

Ok, I have the following on my PC: -
    Norton 360
    Windows XP
    BT Home Hub

When running nettest, I get the following result:
Nettest - STO

Now, I've already been on the BT Home Hub and allowed the port range as per below: -
BT Home Hub - STO

I've also updated Norton 360 to allow the port range as per below: -
Norton 360 - STO

As an extra, I've also included the traceroute that others have been requested to check as per below: -
Trace Route - STO

I'm still trawling the internet to try and find a solution but have run out of ideas. If anyone has a similar setup and has managed to resolve this issue, or has any further ideas, let me know as it'll be very much appreciated.

P.S.: before anyone mentions, I don't have windows firewall running on my machine. Also, I have no idea why the second check of port 7003 worked properly. This is the first time this has happened and I wasn't changing anything when it did.

Thanks all.

The biggest problem you have is BT . they filter traffic under thier fair use policy. You can try to use the proxy option in the launcher option to see if it helps

Those are all "open", but severely throttled.

Incidentally, on that 'BT home hub' thing you've added the ports for inbound DNAT from the internet - that's harmless but irrelevant. You probably don't need to do anything to allow outbound access through it.

You'll probably have to talk to your ISP about the throttling.
