Hey Zach just follow this link and pick the correct options from the drop down menus. Once you do that you should have multiple options on what to download. Under individual components you can find just the driver alone or above you can find a download package which will have the driver and the latest versions of the Catalyst software. Once you download the driver just run the software and follow the on screen prompts. I don't own an ATI card so I can't say for sure but chances are during this process you will have to restart your computer as well. I know for Nvidia cards it does not prompt for a restart anymore but it is usually good to do one anyways after a change like this. There should be an onscreen prompt for that as well.

It did the same thing after I installed the driver on the top of the list.
