I tried to add a gamecard ( 60 days) to my account.
However it links me to an error as seen below.
The same error occurs when i try to use paypal.

please contact us for support here.
My account has never been flagged or any such thing.
it's just frozen without gametime left.
Now i've already made a ticket ( #909876 ),
but i was never one to wait patiently.
I'm hoping someone here might have had
the same issue and knows his/her way around it.
I am not sure, but perhaps it is related to the account issues that many of us are having now. Even though we have paid for game time, but with bank/credit cards, we are unable to play. Seems accounting is having some major issues. I myself have already paid 3 times in a month, and they suspended my account for non payment, when I have in fact over-paid.
As I said, Im not sure that it is related to your problem, but I suspect it is. I too am growing impatient. My account has been suspended 3 times now without cause. All I wanted to do was pay my sub, and play. You would think that would be easy eh? :rolleyes:
My last ticket took 4 days to get a response, and then it was of no help whatsoever. Good luck to us all in getting this resolved quickly.
