When I try to log into the game, on the bottom left of the launcher when it would patch it, it says, "Account error, please click here for more information."
When I click there it says "Account Error". When I click on my account it says my subscription is "Suspended." But I just resubbed about 2 weeks ago, why would it be suspended?
Am I going to get lost play time added? it isn't really fair, I can't do the flip side to Cryptic, I can't take more playtime per month, not like I can say I am going to play for 33 day but only pay you for 30. Right now I am getting charged for 31 days, but only get 30 and probably less before this is fixed.

Why don't you do this Admins and DEVS, pick up the phone, call the billing department and have them get off their butt and fix this problem. FFS you guys take money and not give then 30 days we paid for? is this some "new" type of queue?
My account just became "active" again, though I didnt receive any sort of reply or notice of the change. Perhaps you should check and see if your's has been re-activated as well?
I can get into game, and my gametime now says I am paid until Aug. 13th, though my account also says that my recurring subscription is canceled. I susppose I will have to see what happends from here.
Also of note, my "gametime until" date has changed at least 3 times in the last two weeks, so Im still not sure if this issue is fixed, or just postponed for a while.
No, they always credit you for time lost that you paid for (with an equal amount of game time; no cash refunds under normal circumstances). If that doesn't happen automatically when they resolve the issue, file a new billing ticket and ask for it to be done.
It's also possible that you simply haven't been charged (because of some billing issue). Obviously you haven't lost time that you didn't pay for.
Replies on tickets typically take 8-48 hours, not counting weekends. They're currently backed up, so it's going to be towards the larger end of that.
