i dont know if this has been covered before but sometimes i will load the game, when i click my character to enter the game it just freezes at the loading screen. at first i thought maybe its just not finished loading. after 20 mins of other things like getting food, drinks and so forth still at the same loading screen. the messages still change and the music will still play. any one been having this problem or know a way to fix it?

Can you please post your DXDIAG?

How to create a dxdiag report:

    1. From the Windows key click *Start* menu, then click *Run*.
    2. In the *Open* box, type: dxdiag (hit enter)
    3. If this is your first time running dxdiag, click *Yes* to launch the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
    4. Click on the Sound 1 tab.
    5. Look at the first line under the “Device” section.

Just attach this file to a post in this thread.
