I just went in and put in 2 of my credit card info on file then went a chose the 30 day renew my subcrition and then it tells me arror and then gives me some suport page that tells you nothing and the info does not tell you any thing but I created a ticket #908579 is sitting on there and no replies and im sitting buring my day off from work to play and something is wrong on your end not mine and I cant get on IM a little upset that there is no contact number or E mail to get ahold of anyone and that i have to rely on a ticket and when ever some one gets to it. I would liek this taken care of now but on ric Im told im going ot have to wait a day or day and a half to get some one to look at my ticket. IM sorry but I was one that payed 50.00 when the game first came out and now its half price and now I cant get anyone to help me and no one to contact please help with this for this is realy makeing me unhappy with the hole game experiance and all

I know how you feel bro, i just re subbed myself and getting the same error. Always a problem with STO!! :mad::mad: I to payed $50 when this game first came out. Tired of putting money into something i can play when i want to. I hope they fix this problem.
