"PENDINGCUSTOMER" issue & setting up card payment

Hello,

Like many i preordered the game, played the beta and got early access. I played pretty solid thru most of the first couple of months (helped me keep sane when i went thru a bad brake up). However due to many commitments and strain on my time i just stopped playing sto. Now the time i had played had been thanks to the free month we all got with the game.
I decided last week i was missing the game way to much and decided to log in and sort out card payment and a monthly payment scheme. After going thru the process i keep getting error please contact customer support. I get this issue when using card or paypal methods of payment. All i have on my account is "pendingcustomer" in big red letters and i am unable to log in. I have raised tickets with customer support as it says on the site, however no response. I understand that support is prob very busy so i would like to ask of all you if you have had this problem and if there is anything i can do my end to fix this problem.

    This is an issue our billing team can look into, but unfortunately only our billing. They will address your ticket as soon as they can, so please have patience.

    Not sure but billing will sort it out when they get to your ticket.

    dam im hungry for this game hahaha. Loving the changes that have happened since my absense....
