I am having a billing issue and not sure what to do here. Here is the situation Cryptic. I tried to re-new my subscription today which went through fine. Then I cancelled it just incase I can't afford to pay this game in advance. I do this everytime with no problems in past. When I tried to log in the game I can't. My account says it is still cancelled and I did not select the option where it's shut downs the account entirely regardless if you paid already. What is going on here? I need some help. Thank You.

I did not see a billing ticket created for this issue. Can you please create a billing ticket as no one on the tech support forums can correct this.
I already have a ticket submitted since yesterday. I have not received a reply yet. Who do I have to contact to get this fixed because I cannot find a email address to your company to submit this issue directly. The company email address needs to be shown on the main website. Would appreciate assistance that you would offer. Thank you.

Ticket Number = 169425
That number doesn't reflect a CS ticket, where did you get it? Make sure you are submitting tickets through the My ticket system.
The exact same thing happened to me two days ago. I reactivated my account and paid for a month subscription. I then played a few hours and then cancelled my account so it wouldn't automatically renew the subscription at the end of the month (I like to renew my subscription manually). I made sure I absolutely did NOT pick the option to cancel now and lose all remaining game time but after cancelling I can no longer log in and the log in tells me "account error". So I ended up paying a whole month's subscription for a few hours of play and feel like I got ripped off. Any assistance would be appreciated. My ticket number is #907670 I placed this ticket 2 days ago and it still hasn't even been looked at.
Edit: My account also says "Play time until July 4, 2010" which is the day I subscribed and then cancelled the subscription...shouldn't it say "Play time until August 4, 2010"? Which is 1 month from when I subscribed...

Billing will address your ticket and correct the issue. Remember tickets are processed in the order they are received, and billing is not in the office during the weekends.
