I bought star trek online in February. I became bored with the repetition and canceled my subscription before I was billed in March. Shamefully, I have only noticed recently that I have been charged each month since on my pay pal account. I normally only use that account when I wish to donate for clan servers, VoIP, or other clan associated support.
I was interested if the game had been improved, and when I got on here to check it became evident that my subscription was active, which is how I learned of my mistake thinking I had canceled the account. I should have checked for a conformation of cancellation email obviously.
Since it is observable that I did not play the game during the past few months which I paid for, I was hoping that I could be given some cryptic points, or perhaps two free months of subscription. Either option would be a fraction of what I unknowingly paid for. It was my fault clearly, but I am hoping for some kindness.
Edit: I currently intend to play the game till my current subscription expires.
