Bought bridge pack, bridge not changing

I recently purchased the Klingon Bird-of-Prey bridge pack on the C-Store for 240cp. It isn't working.

I've restarted the game twice now, and I've changed the bridge to one of the 6 new ones and none of them are different in absolutely any single small way, so I assume this is a bug.

I am using a tier-2 BoP although that doesn't make a difference I know.

Between the measly 6000 Credits this cost, and the considerable 240cp, this is a fairly serious issue. I'm not sure what 240cp translates to in cold-hard cash, but the fact that it costs actual real money and not in-game currency makes this something that really needs addressing.

I did only purchase it 30 minutes ago, but being they're all listed in the Klingon ship customizer, I don't know what it could be.

Here are my specs (although I don't see how that could have anything to do with it to be honest):

CPU: Intel Core 2 duo E7200 @2.53GHZ
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 9800GTX
RAM: 4gb generic
Motherboard: Some Gigabyte that I can't remember the model of.
OS: Windows XP 32bit SP3

The Tech support forums really cannot help you here. I would recommend submitting a GM ticket or Billing for assistance.
