so yeah....im sorta an idiot.

i forgot the .com at the end of my email address for log in. so i wasnt able to access my account. then to get the website to shoot me a email, i for some reason hit reset password for the account, now im not able to access the account.

anyone know how to fix this? ive spent hours looking for some sort of customer support on this but couldnt find it.

To log in to the system you do not have to use your email address just your account name. I checked your email address on your account and it looks fine. I am not 100% sure what you are trying to do here.

i had to create another account to post here. the one im asking about is lonh12. with that one the password was changed to a temp one, that got sent to a email address without the .com at the end of it.

I corrected the email on the other account. On another note if you make a new account with the same email as the original account it will not accept the old changes. Only one email can be used per account.
