the date where this happened was 4th of june (dont pay much attention to my payment sources besides the occasional scan) regardless though i would like to have this refunded
and yes i know this isnt a billing forum, but since there isnt one anymore for some reason =/
and yes, the petitions through webpage dindt work and the response on my ticket was laughable at best
only billing can access your account enough for a refund and they do not work on weekends. you have to sumbint a billing ticket .
You may have to do a search and look at the result article before the link to create a new ticket shows at the bottom.

Our billing dpt looked into this and it looks like you may have set up a reoccurring sub prior to buying the lifetime. They went ahead and removed it and corrected the billing.
