when I log in and want to play the server says it is down and it wont patch it says to contact billing support(why?), I cant do anything. Why is the server down when I try and patch, and it is fine just before ?
the servers are up but when it logs in your account name if it see you do not have an active account it shows the server is not available for you

did you enter a credit card or gametime card or paypal as the payment for the subscription when it starts. (subscription billing starts 30 days after you activate)

ps. the support here sucks:mad:. If not for the forums nothing would get answered. I have a problem, and want an answer from the source, but instead I have others (who are nice enough to try and help) solve the problem because the developers are too hard to get a hold of.

I looked up your account and saw that there was no products or subscriptions on your account. This is why you cannot access the game. As for your support ticket you submitted it a 9:30 last night, and the billing department hours are 8am -5pm PST mon- fri.
I have 30 free days, why do i have to add more subscription time??? it even says I have 30 days.
You get 30 free days when you add a subscription. This means you can play for 30 without getting billed, but you still have to set up a subscription to get the 30days.

then i bought st online on steam for 16,xx
i cant access the game through steam (i get an error) so i start it from its folder.
it keeps telling me that i'm playing the demo...
i tried to activate the key steam tole me but i get an error (i guess bc i have *activated* the demo some days ago)......
what do i have to do so it does work?
now it says i've 30 days free to play.
free? and what about those 16,..? for what did i pay that?

I just checked your account and you do not have a subscription added to the game. A subscription is required to play, and you will not be billed for 30 days with the setup of your subscription.

You will need to send billing a ticket on the problem today as billing do not work on weekends.
(tciket create may require to search first then look at result article to select submit ticket at the end of the results.)

It's paying for the software.
The monthly subscription is like paying for access to the hardware (the servers they use).
