I'll just state the facts. I bought the STO deluxe edition from the Cryptic Store option on the retail list, third option down I believe. I then ordered the lifetime subscription. My account says I own the STO product and that my lifetime subscription is active. Since I am able to access the launcher, I assume I have the latest patch with the game size at aprox. 8.3Gb.
The only things I can think of that are causing my problem are a: a certain amount of time needs to pass before the account is authenticated, or b: for some odd reason I still need to enter my reg key even though I get an auto assigned one. Problem with B is that I can't find my reg key on my account even though its supposed to be on there somewhere according to Cryptic. I've searched everywhere.
So that's the rundown. Any thoughts? 350$ investment makes me a bit jittery.

I look at your account and nothing looks wrong. Are you getting an error? Can you be more descriptive with what you are experiencing?
If you already have an existing account, when the installation process asks for the Product Key to register, just ignore and close the window, and the installation process will continue on its merry way. Just remember the Account Name and associated Password, is this is what you need to enter in the Launcher to access your account...
