PLEASE can someone help me. reason for me typing here is that i can NOT create a new ticket for some reason.
What is the email address to support for account problems.
I have canceled my account for over 1 week ago and 2 days ago they tock money from my bank account for 1 more month so now i have like 30 days more i can play for that i dont need and have not willingly payed for, i did cancel account and confermation cancelation email. and still they take my money =(
PLease someone help me. i think its unfair i have to pay for 1 month if i am not playing the game and if i have canceled my account before the payment.

If you are having issues creating a ticket this could be browser related. Make sure your Firefox or IE is up to date and that you do not have any security protocols keeping the page from completely loading.
As for your subscription the charge was made a day before you canceled your subscription. So it was properly renewing your monthly subscription.
