Hi i tried to submit a ticket, i get past the "tech issue" step then click "patching/instalations" nothing happens.
The need to submit a ticket is because when im typing in my username and password it tells me the server is up, press enter then it says the server is down and wont patch. Just happened today any ideas?

For the ticket issue I would make sure your are using either Firefox or Internet Explorer and that they are up to date, as these are our 2 supported browsers.
As for your issue it is a billing issue not tech. Try canceling your sub and resubscribing.
The main thing about the ticket system is you have to do a search first on your problem then thee will be a link to create a new ticket . It will either be at the bottom of the serch result window or at the bottom of one of the rearch result articles that the search returned.
