One thing i have noticed about PVP at Tier 5 is that 90% of the games played for Feds are FvF as the klingons seem to be too scared of playing against the feds at this level.

In a single queue there were 20 Feds and 3 klings for a battle,and eventually all the feds left for a massively successful FvF battle..

In short the Tier 5 Klings need to get more involved in FvK,although i cant say i blame them as last FvK tier 5 i saw the klings got their assess kicked.

    LoL. I suspect the problem has more to do with there being a much larger number of Feds than Klinks in general. Don't forget that the time of day has a significant effect on who is around.

    Of course, right now I'm looking at 4 Feds and 15 Klinks lined up for a Cracked Planetoid.

    This is really starting to get silly, want me to log on my kling beat you up and then have to log on my fed because there are no opponents?

    Most of the experienced Klingons are bored to death with the lack of content and no competition in FvK PvP. They simply are not playing STO much beyond logging in to get the daily missions done, if that. Most Klingons I meet now are Feddies "trying something different".

    When Season 2 comes out I expect more Klingons to log in to see what is new. But for right now... I didn't even get my daily in yesterday. I logged off after I got tired of waiting more than an hour for a match to start, and it's not like there is anything else to do while you are waiting.

    As far as KvK lol that's not happening.... it can't get any more boring waiting for everyone to uncloak and come out to play.

    What do we get out of fighting feds at all ? i mean come on there is supposed to be a war ,if u telling me fighting over some flags in an instance is war for a couple of tokens to get some more gear to do the same thing over and over i mean really........ is it strange klingons dont bother no more we are beeing threated worse then monster play in Lords of the rings online , eaven with the 8 new missions coming for klingons its still a laugh at best, heck they eaven got the time to add a whole new level system to the fed side called the diplomatic core.... and they give klingons who dont eaven have enugh pve missions to fill 1 level of content 8 more missions and some clothes ?

    I suppose sentiments like this support the concept of open zone PvP or something where the efforts of players over a longer course of time has some noticeable effect on the state of the game. If Klingon efforts felt somehow rewarded, I am sure many more players might stick around to display their skills to progress the agenda of their chosen faction...

    This made me laugh, how narrow sighted and full of presumption..

    Dont queue for FvF and 100% of your games will be FvK.
    Gee, and while there, look at all the names you will see over and over again. Just not a lot of Klink love to please everyone.

    What makes you think this will be better than the current situation?

    eyerolling = sarcasm.

    KvK is largely a joke because it takes 3 hours to resolve a match if there are no carriers. Its just "no u uncloak" over and over.

    That's a complete mystery. Is it possible that there are not at least 50 people at any time who pvp? Is the pvp population 0,0005% of players? Will Cryptic eventualy cancel pvp from the game cause noone plays it? WHAT IS GOING ON IM GETTING PARANOID?!?!?!?!?!
