Account not worked since 14th, please fix!

Hey there.
A friend of mine is having serious issues with accounting.
His athandler is: @warduke
Here is his previous unsuccesful posts:

He's my referal, and on the 14th I got him set up with a new month subscription.
And he was all good playing on the 15:th. But then for no good reason, it's now not
working and says needs renewal. And also it seem the account has lost it's retail key
since it's now looking like a "Demo" account... I have the bank transfer confirmed,
and we (GF and I) got a withdrawel for paid subscription. And I also got the
Photonic officer reward. But he can't play... obiously something is wrong. So please fix his
account and compensate him for lost days (Give him the full 30 days from when you
get this fixed, since he's now waited a good week to get back to the game.

Also I find it wierd that his account says main character Nephira is a lieutenant when it's a RA.
And also the mission logs shows several high level mission done.

    Sounds like an issue with billing to me. Have you tried filing a ticket trough the support system? It's probably the way to go in cases like these since only cryptic can help you sort this out.

    Yeah he has tried billing tickets etc.
    But you know they take their time answering them.
    But closing in on a full week of not working is a bit silly.

    So that's why I'm trying the forums, hoping someone will notice it.
    And do something about it. I know CodeRanger is usually pretty good
    with helping out people with these problem. :)

    Their issues are being addressed by the billing department, but they need to continue to work with them for a solution.

    Hey again.
    This seems silly. The evidence is pretty solid.
    His account is over 30 days played time. That's not possible without a retail key. Secondly his main character has done high end missions. That's not possible with a demo. And he had his accounts subscription billed on my gf's credit card cause I promised to do so the first month if he was unsure of the content quality. Now the proof for that is from the bank transfer I have, and secondly from the fact that I now have a Photonics Office.

    So I would believe it to be fairly important to find out what went wrong, and fix my friends problem. Or at the very least let them contact me or him and give us a precis report on what's going on and what their doing to remedy the issue.
    Should I be asking for the 15'ish $ refunded, or what?

    The situation seems rather confusing and uninformative.

    Not to sound irate or to berate but seriously...

    It took a week to get a response and the response was tell me "they lack the information to get an accurate picture of the issue", asked me to edit ticket for more information...a good thing I guess, and then asked "still having this same issue with your rank not being the correct one?"...which was only one of the things previously listed as a problem. My reply:

    Simply put: On the 14th, a 30 day game play was purchased. Instead I am in Demo mode and can not play the regular game content that was paid for. Bank shows money was charged, my Referral got his holo officer prize. My rank in game shows me as RA -37. Official site shows that I was doing quest like explore zenas expanse and Report to Gamma Orionis. I have been denied a full week of regular game play that was paid for. Get it fixed please. Yes still on going. <--which was posted like the 21 and still no reply

    I apologize. I do not know why I have not received my 30 day game time. I do not know why I am in Demo mode again. At a guess, though I could not say for sure, my rank is RA -37 because its linked to the Demo mode issue.

    Since the "help support" can not tell if I am having rank issues and lacks info., I supply these screen shots well links to them...

    Shows RA -37, Demo mode prompt and high level missions

    If need be I will post a screen shot of the bank statement showing the card was charge for 30 day play...omitting non-relevant info.

    I have submitted 2 tickets (second one refers to first edited ticket) in hopes to get the right ppl on this. I have tried calling support only to find Cryptic points to Atari and Atari only takes tickets. I have posted in threads because the problems might be related (as I said I do not know why) do a search of my name should direct you to which ones. As well enlist my referral bud since he is a lifer. As well now posted screen shots.

    What else can I do to help get this resolved?
