Star Trek Online keeps freezing on me, I have put my dxdiag and game preferences on
megaupload.
This current driver set up is the best one at the moment, on windowed mode I can play for about 1-2 hours and then it will lock up, if I play on full screen it will freeze after 20 minutes. If I update to the latest nvidia drivers it will freeze within a few minutes of playing on any sort of settings. I have googled freezing on my card and there are some threads saying to change antialiasing and other things but this does not work on my system.

Under the nvidia control panel and under 3d settings > manage 3d settings there is a setting for pre-rendered frames set that too 0
Have you tried disabling SLI? We currently do not have any major features that take advantage of it.
Try running some stress test tools to see if any of the hardware is faulting. Unfortunately I cannot recommend one since we do not make any of them here, but many people who surf these forums can.
Use Lavalys Everest (free download) - can do stress test and temperature check.
I'd recommend downloading the latest drivers for your card, completely uninstalling your graphic card's drivers, reboot, and then install those new card drivers you download.
FurMark (make sure you run SLI mode).
Prime95 (blended test)
Do those for a while... if the freezing and locking continues, you've probably got hardware issues to work out.
EDIT: HWmonitor is a good tool to monitor system vitals. Furmark will overlay both GPU temps during stress testing. Just from what you've described, it sounds heat related. Tis the season!
That sucks, sorry to hear it.
It's likely you just need to blow the computer out, since we're now going into summer.
You may simply need a new case, as well. I recommend the Antec 300 or 900 series.
