I have just downloaded the demo version of star trek online and i get this message stating that there is a version mismatch. It does not allow me to log into the game for this reason. please help! I would really like to try this game.

I have a "Version Mismatch" error message. I try to "Create a Ticket" but the page is unresponse when I click "

I submitted a ticket for my "Version Mismatch" issue over 10 hours ago and still haven't received any response.
Still unable to play.
---EDIT---
Just right-clicked my Star Trek Online shortcut and chose the option for "Run as Administrator" -- Rerun patch and it'll all work.
