Ok today or tomorrow i'll be getting a new PC from a local small shop. Found one at a decent price based off my income. Well I know the minimum says Intel® Core2 Duo 1.8 GHz, but is that any Core 2 Duo? The one I saw could have a Intel® Core2 Duo E7500 2.93 GHz. Is that cool?
I can have the ATI Radeon HD 3850 AGP8X w/512 MB DDR3 AGP8X as my graphics card. It will have 4GB DDR-III 1300 PC 10600 (2x2GB) and a 1000GB or 1 Tera hard drive as a main and 300GB as a slave.
Will I be able to play both Star Trek online and World of Warcraft?

You should be able to play Star Trek with that system, but not at the maximum graphical settings.
I would heavily suggest to get one step higher, Core 2 Quad Q6600 can be easily overclocked to 3GHz.
STO is pretty heavy on the CPU and from what i can tell 75%+ on a 3.1GHz Quad Core is pretty comon.
A Radeon with a 4 instead of a 3 in front would be preferable and be usefull a little longer.
AGP is seriously outdated... you will have a hard time upgrading that Video Card, go for PCI-E(xpress) instead if you ever want to update that rig.

The processor is fine but I'd suggest at least a PCI-e Radeon 4770.
