I had a thread, but was told to keep my billing issues to tickets (after 3 pages of discussion about it). That's good an all, but unfortunately, my tickets aren't being responded to. I'd love to just speak with someone over the phone, have my issue resolved, and be on my way, but communication is slow. Is there a phone number somewhere? Or at least a live chat? This back and forth over hours is getting a bit obnoxious.
